Austin not only was informative when purchasing my 2017 Ford Explorer but he took time out of his day to deliver my car to Indiana 2 hours and 15 minutes away. Amber helped me with my first car loan. She was patient and kind, offering advice every step along the way but never pressuring me to purchase until I was ready. She mapped out a payment plan that worked with my budget and was the absolute nicest person you could hope to have on your team. She also made a point of making sure I left the dealership happy. I not only left happy, but with a new car I loved and a full tank of gas. I have not dealt with other car dealers, and I don’t have the desire to after the way I was treated by Amber and the whole team at SVG. I highly recommend her to anyone looking at not only a car, but a team to help you.
